Solution Design & Build

Based on the functional schema and required technical solution or directly based on the functional business needs of our customers and the selection of the technical platform, ACANE Consulting will propose a project plan for the implementation and deployment of the solutions answering those needs and respecting the specfic constraints. During this phase of construction, our project managers, architects and technical specialists will be involved at different levels:

During analyze, design and implementation of the technical solution

Our architects will translate the functional needs into technical solutions taking into account the different modules to be deployed and configured, the existing systems and applications, the different actors and business processes. The result will define the guidelines for the implementation and deployment of the final solution.

During installation and deployment of modules and global solution

Our solutions specialists, technichal experts and developers will take in charge the installation, configuration and integration of the defined solution into the existing infrastructure of our customers.

During transition phase (or migration phase)

Next, our consultants will take in charge the adaptations and developments (customizations) to optimize the platform depending on the specific demands and business processes. Within the context of a migration, they will deploy the required tools to extract the data from the different sources and move them into the target systems, ensuring business continuity.

To ensure high quality of our proposed solutions, ACANE Consulting also proposes a test management procedure. This process includes different tests of the components, global system and integrations within the customer environments. It guarantees the good deployment in production and minimizes related risks.
