DESIGN: "Conceptualization of your Solution"

All activities related to the design of technical solution. They include at least the creation of a project plan, the definition of the overall architecture and the functional modeling based on the results of the ANALYZE. 

BUILD: "Creation & Deployment of the Environment"

Based on the previous business, functional and technical analyses, ou teams of consultants willtake in charge the implementation, customization and deployment of the system. Those activities also include the different services related to the migration of existing platforms to the news suggested systems.

In addition, our building activites propose not only the deployment of global solutions and platforms, but also the implementation of POC (Proof of Concepts) or pilots allowing you to valide a specific technology, approach or solution.

CHANGE: "Support, Training & Change Management"

Finally, our change management activities guarantee the required knowledge transfer ensuring ownership of the new solution ("Roll-out") by end-users, administrators, internal developpers or technical responsibles. In addition, our activities also include a certain number of trainings for the generic usage of Business Information Management platforms.
